Not at all! While senior care is a big part of what we do, we serve everyone — busy moms, students, people recovering from surgery, anyone going through a tough time, or just someone who needs an extra hand. If you need care or help, we're here for you.
What areas do you serve? +
We serve communities across Ontario — from Windsor and Essex County through the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa, and northern cities like Sudbury and Thunder Bay. We're expanding quickly — if you're not listed, give us a call and we'll do our best to help.
How does the app work? +
Download the Collins Home Care app to get real-time updates on your caregiver's arrival. You'll see their ETA, their photo and credentials, and get an email confirmation for every booking. No more guessing when help will arrive.
What services do you offer beyond care? +
We offer a full range: PSW, RPN, and RN care, counselling, house cleaning, organizing, massage, nails, hair styling, waxing, dog walking and pet care, repairs and painting, tutoring and child care, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. If you need something not listed, just ask — we probably do it.
What credentials do your caregivers have? +
Our nursing and personal care staff include certified PSWs, RPNs, and RNs registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. We also welcome nursing students and professionals currently completing their qualifications — their credential status is always listed on their individual profile so you know exactly who's caring for you. All team members undergo background checks and vulnerable sector police checks. For specialized services like massage, hair styling, or tutoring, we use qualified professionals in each field, with their credentials shown on their profile.
